Stretch with Briana
Start the day with a good stretch! While we roll through various stretches, we laugh, learn, and work out the daily aches and pains. Not moving all day, like sitting at a desk, is hard on the muscles. Over time it can start to take a serious toll if we do not keep active. Daily stretching improves flexibility, increases blood flow, and leaves you refreshed. This class will improve your posture and supports many chronic aching areas that need extra attention.
