Flow yoga combines meditation, breathwork, and energized movement. By connecting body and breath, this practice moves dynamically from one post to another. This moving meditation will improve strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is great for beginners, as well as those with experience. Athletes will benefit from the increase in flexibility and the mind/body connection.
