This ballet inspired workout will challenge your muscle endurance. Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout designed to target specific muscle groups with small movements and high reps. Barre combines ballet, Pilates and yoga to promote joint stability, core strength and balance with less chance of injuries. This total body workout will tone your legs, lift your seat, attack the belly, and tone the arms.
