Start the day with a good stretch! While we roll through various stretches, we learn, relax and work out the daily aches and pains. Not moving all day, like sitting at a desk, is hard on the muscles. Overtime, it can start to take a serious toll if we do not keep active. Daily stretching improves flexibility, increases blood flow and leaves you refreshed.
