Power 12 with Coach Neila
A full-body circuit that allows the participant to engage at intensity levels 1, 2, or 3. It uses 12 exercises in varying sequences of 12 reps each. This class includes agility (kicking-boxing) and balance work.
Intensity level: level, medium and/or high
Equipment needed: None. As you progress through levels, weight can be added (ex: dumbbells, bands, etc.)
