Power 12 with Neila
A full-body circuit that allows the participant to engage at intensity levels 1, 2, or 3. It uses 12 exercises in varying sequences of 12 reps each. It includes agility (kicking-boxing) and balance work.
Intensity level: low, medium and/or high
Equipment needed: No equipment needed. But as you progress through levels, weight can be added. (dumbbells, bands, etc.)
